KABANA is a Menswear brand in India that has been present at over 400 stores for over a decade. Company is planning to concentrate on E-commerce platform too and opening a separate branch for that.
Role Description
KABANA is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator for a full time on-site role at the Delhi location. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with E-commerce, such as managing orders, coordinating with courier services, and handling customer inquiries. The Ecommerce Coordinator will also be required to communicate with the Sales team and assist in coordinating sales strategies with the head office.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their functionality, including those operated by third-party vendors
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal teams and customers
- Experience in Sales, with an understanding of sales strategies and customer behavior
- Bachelor's degree in related field or fashion
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing, with the ability to use relevant metrics to improve the ecommerce performance.
