We are actively searching for a Technical Lead - Full Stack ( Angular + Node ) to join our innovative team at DigiValet. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our product development team, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge software applications and solutions. Your expertise in both frontend and backend development will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Hospitality and Smart Living sectors. Responsiblities • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Collaborate closely with DigiValet Product Managers and Engineers to gather and assess user requirements. • Design comprehensive solutions that effectively address key business and user needs. • Present detailed concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, providing guidance and insight. • Plan, design, and oversee user testing, research usability studies, and perform competitor analysis. • Optimize existing user interface designs in accordance with company guidelines and principles. • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the business landscape and contribute to overall business goals. • Develop reusable components and libraries of production quality, setting coding standards for the team. • Continuously monitor product success through analytics and tools, making data-driven decisions. • Collaborate closely with peer product developers to ensure cohesion and alignment with project goals. Personality Attributes • A self-starter with confidence in leading a development team. • A team player with a positive attitude, fostering an openminded culture for continuous learning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. • Proficient in Angular (versions 10 and above) with a proven track record of successful implementations. • Strong command of front-end technologies, including HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS3. • Proven ability to implement complete user interfaces for web applications, emphasizing performance and security. • Expertise in security solutions based on WSO2, OAUTH2.0, JWT, IDP. • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, with advanced knowledge of NodeJS/TypeScript. • Extensive experience in integrating multiple data sources and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase). • Solid experience with the AWS Stack, including Lambda, API Gateway, and exposure to AWS RDS and AWS Cognito. • In-depth knowledge of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, TLS 1.2, SSL. • Familiarity with SCM tools like Git, Bitbucket, etc. • Proven experience using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprints, retrospectives, etc. What we offer ?
