Job description
This is a full-time role for an Export Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. As an Export Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong client relations.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in export operations
- Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Good understanding of import/export operations and related logistics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with export-related software
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of export
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage export operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and documentation requirements
- Handle end-to-end shipment processes, including import and export documentation, customs clearance, and logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on orders and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient export processes
- Monitor and track shipments, keep records of all transactions, and prepare reports on export activities
- Stay updated with international trade laws, regulations, and trade agreements to ensure compliance
- Handle customer follow-up and maintain excellent communication throughout the export process
- Identify potential export opportunities and explore new markets to increase business growth
