Position : Business Development & Client Servicing Executive
Role Overview:
As a Brand Ninja at One MG, you will be managing both new business acquisition and the nurturing of client relationships. This role is a unique blend that requires a flair for persuasive communication, strategic brand management, and a passion for fostering long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Lead Engagement:
- Proactively engage with leads from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct follow-ups, presentations, and proposals to convert leads into clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain regular communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts.
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Align client brands with their business goals and track performance.
- Contribute to client pitches and brief executions, ensuring brand consistency.
Digital Presence Oversight and Reporting:
- Manage and optimize clients' digital assets and social media channels.
- Stay updated with online trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis and create insightful brand performance reports.
Travel and Client Interaction:
- Travel for initial client briefings and maintain robust client relationships.
- Represent One MG in various business settings with professionalism and expertise.
Core Competencies:
- A strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising industry.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse clients and campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Master's in Mass Communication and Journalism preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in brand management and client relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel moderately for client meetings and pitches.
