Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, communication, inspection, construction safety, and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Site Supervision and Inspection skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and practices
• Supervisory skills that enable the candidate to successfully manage a diverse team of construction workers
• Experience in construction or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, experience with the design-build process, and a familiarity with building codes and regulations.
