Job description

Job Description: As an Alliance Executive, you will play a crucial role in expressing the operations and objectives of the company to ensure effective functioning and achievement of targets. You will collaborate with various internal functions to align them towards Alliance objectives and may also be tasked with overseeing the complete operations of Alliances. Reporting to different parts of the organization, you will have direct access to higher management.

Key Responsibilities: 1.Communicate operations and objectives effectively to ensure organizational efficiency and goal attainment.
2.Assist various internal functions in aligning towards Alliance objectives.
3.Take responsibility for the complete operations of Alliances if required.
4.Report to various parts of the organization while maintaining direct access to higher management.
5.Assist in developing long-term plans to achieve established goals and objectives.
6.Manage the company's commercial operations, including various expenses and budgeting.
7.Monitor the performance of both internal and external service providers.
8.Keep a check on the pipeline and update its status on a timely basis.
9.Monitor all performance metrics and respond to approvals and notifications regularly.

Qualifications: 1.Proven experience of 1-3 years in operations management or a similar role.
2.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
3.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
5.Proficiency in relevant tools and systems.
