Job description
Responsibilities
• Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning for the growth of the market.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes for regions and Key accounts.
• Implementing and managing the total sales and in-store marketing plans in Jordan and neighboring countries.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price in keeping with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes sales department requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Managing all trade channels and key account relationships.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
• University degree, MBA is a plus or At least 5 years experience in the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal (fluent in English and Arabic).
• Hands-on experience in managing distributors and Key Accounts.
• Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets o Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• High interpersonal skills.
• The analytical, self-initiative, result oriented.
• Flexible, committed, and passionate about the job.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
