Our client is India's leading fully integrated automobile dealers in India catering to the complete life cycle of vehicle ownership.
Proxima has been retained by the client to identify a suitable candidate for the position of CEO for one of the group companies which manages dealerships for a premium global car brand. The position is based in Cochin and reports to the Director. Key responsibilities Creating short-term and long-term business strategies and implementing the same Vehicle Volume Management, Pricing strategy, Dealer network development, logistics and operational aspects. Responsible for the entire leadership of the assigned company and its performance and devising strategies to achieve plans, Business and Profit Centre Head for the assigned company, Responsible for quality of Sales and Service targets achievements and customer experience and zero customer complaints, Profile Graduate, preferably MBA 20+ years of experience in Automotive / FMCD / Consumer Electronics Good understanding of demography of Southern states Should have held P&L role for a dealership based model of businessJob tags
