Job description
Key Responsibility Areas:
. Formulating strategic plans and drive the Myrtle (Private Burgundy & Burgundy RMs) segment business, leveraging and implementing business directions along with Axis Bank and Private Bankers in line with organizational objectives. Handling sales targets & taking sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
. Relationship Management with the Axis Myrtle Insurance Specialist, Hub Heads. Drive the sales through UHNI customers and premium segment.
. Overseeing complete business operations for Hub (City/State), forecasting monthly/ annual business targets, & executing them in a given time frame. Providing a growth-driven environment
. Periodic and Daily updates in alignment with Axis Myrtle ( Private Burgundy & Burgundy RMs), meet business Plan, drive growth, ensuring activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all vectors and thereby ensuring traction
. Training
. Customer Focus - Participation in Joint Sales Calls and ensuring TAT adherence on processing of business
