Job description
Candidate should have :
a) Identification of Risks in the Tender Documents
b) Guiding Tender Department and Business Units on Contractual Risks
c) Exemplary coordination sought to interact with Corporate Risk Management team
d) Evaluation on the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences
e) Manages and prepares all documentation related to risk assessments and reviews of standard operating procedures
f) Develop Risk Management Controls and Systems
g) Create contingency plans to manage crisis
h) Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weakness
i) Develop and maintain the tender wise risk register
j) Assisting Risk Head to participate in Top Management Risk Review Meeting by giving all inputs related to pertinent Tender
k) Ensure compliance of ISO 31000:2018 and managing external audits
l) Drafting and validating Contractual Conditions to facilitate finalizing Contracts
m) MIS Reports
n) Assists Implementation of Artificial Intelligence tools in Pre Bid Risk Management
o) Integration and compilation of execution risks into the Pre Bid Risk activities
p) Preparation of Risk Presentation for Training and Academic purposes
q) Mentoring Subordinates and coaching them to excel in thier career
