Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management activities. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee compliance with employment laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or export industry would be a plus
