About the job
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing team and develop and implement our digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will report to the CMO and be responsible for driving growth and revenue through a range of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more. Key Responsibilities: Global Campaigns with budget of 10 million pounds or more annually in higher education sector. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue across all digital channels Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all digital marketing activities Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team achieves its goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and share knowledge and insights with the team and the wider organization Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and partners Developing strategies to maximize Digital footprint and high SEO Creating, implementing and monitoring online marketing campaigns Reporting on KPIs and identifying growth opportunities in the online market Analyzing post campaign reports (i.e PPC report, Keywords Performance Report, GA report, CRM report) and implementing recommendations Evaluating target audiences and delivering to their needs Ensuring integration with other marketing channels and improving the multichannel experience for all customers Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving growth and revenue 7+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals Experience in Handling Global Campaigns with budget of 10 million pounds or more annually in higher education sector. Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and more Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Hootsuite Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement innovative and effective digital marketing strategies. Have some experience or exposure to the education market Approaches work meticulously with thorough attention to detail Experience of full mix marketing, both on and offline Experience managing budgets and proving ROI Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work Good analytical/numerical skills Outstanding communication skills We seeking a dynamic candidate who has rich experience in running global campaigns having the budget of more than 10 millions GBP a year or more. The job may need you to relocate to one of our base locations - India, UK, Dubai or Malta. Work experience in education industry is preferred. Remuneration : Best in Industry. This role is required to work from office.
