Role: Business Manager Agrochemicals Business Segment Sales
Job description : Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for Sales in Agrochemicals Business Segment at Godrej Chemicals. - Manage sales and distribution network across the region to generate and achieve sales target and profitability. - Develop, formulate, and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory. - Deliver Sales targets for the assigned territory. - Target new customers / new industries for sale of existing and new products - Establish long-term business relationships with customers and trade channels. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Manage and strengthen accounts and drive business growth. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Manage and lead a team of sales professionals. - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - As the business development professional in the bearings industry you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients especially manufacturers - Conducting market research and developing strategies to increase sales and market share. - Will be responsible for getting necessary approvals from clients for sales. - They should have a strong understanding industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. Critical Skills : - Knowledge & experience in chemicals sales & marketing - Customer Centric, Problem Solving, Planning, Time Management, Prioritizing. - Strong communication , negotiation , interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service orientation & decision making - Effective team player - Excellent achiever of goals & targets with focus on business growth - Passion for hunting new customers.Job tags
