Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, market analysis and research, negotiating deals, and providing training to new consultants to meet target goals.
Qualifications
- Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property knowledge and experience
- Negotiation skills and experience
- Training and coaching skills for new consultants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Real Estate or related field
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of local real estate laws, experience with real estate software, and a professional certification or designation in real estate.
