Job description
Area of Responsibility .Create test plan and test cases.Work with the feature team members to understand the prioritized requir ements and to create test plans and cases on time and be ready for execution.Focus on the continuous improvement and actively seek feedback and address actions on improvement areas.Address review comments provided on test artefacts and minimizing repeating com ments.Test Execution.Reporting test results for the module being worked on.Tracking defects and ensuring resolutionKnowledge / Experience .3 to 6 years of overall experience with minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in automation of test cases using S elenium..Experience with manual and automated testing targeting a full-scale web application hosted in cloud.Exposure to automat ion test scripting using Selenium and Cucumber.Exposure to the concept of Test-Driven Development approach.Prior exposure to aut omated test pipelines.Experience working with Agile Ecosystem â€' Principles, timeboxing, roles and ceremoniesCompetences .Deci sion Making - Identifies and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems â€' EXPERT .Innovation â€' Be Innovative and id entify areas of improvement and suggest modern solution like AI where necessary â€' EXPERT .Quality â€' Quality driven rather than tas k driven approach â€' EXPERT .Teamwork & Collaboration - Fosters a sense of teamwork, leverages differences, and facilitates the eff ective interaction and contribution of others to achieve goals â€' EXPERT .Developing & Managing Relationships - Develops and mainta ins constructive, open, and honest relationships with others â€' PROFICIENT .Drive for Results - Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals â€' EXPERT
