Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Purchase Executive to join our team at Miracle Group Of Companies Jaipur. As a Purchase Executive you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials products and services required for our manufacturing operations. This is a fulltime position based in Jaipur Rajasthan India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in back office procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and Gmail.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend procurement process including sourcing negotiating and purchasing materials products and services.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality costeffectiveness reliability and delivery time.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts to receive favorable terms.
• Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions.
