Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Drafting Technician. The position requires the ability to work under the supervision of engineers and other professionals to produce technical drawings and designs. The daily tasks include preparing, editing, and revising drawings using CAD software and communicating with project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drafts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Drawing and Drawing skills using CAD software
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with project team members
• Knowledge of Architectural Drawings and Civil Engineering principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with building codes and permits
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices
• Experience with Electrical and Mechanical drawings is a plus
