Lead QA team members to deliver high quality products to customers.
Work closely with the Development Manager and supervise the QA team, delegate tasks, mentor, and encourage best practices.
Write test plans and test cases for assigned features.
Find bugs early in the product development lifecycle and report issues.
Identify test conditions within user stories, design test cases, and arrange them in the test suite.
Execute test cases and analyze results.
Document and communicate the results of the test cases.
Contribute to and implement test automation and framework enhancement with a quality mindset.
Maintain quality and stability of the test automation.
Requirements
4-7 years of relevant experience in Mobile Automation testing
Experience in mobile app testing - Android and iOS.
Possess good exposure on functional, integration, installation, upgrade, compatibility, GUI, smoke, accessibility, ad hoc, and regression testing. And also well versed with Persona-based testing.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for database testing.
Experience in testing APIs using Postman.
Should have used tools like Xcode, Android Studio.
Own communication throughout the sprint/release cycle, quality and delivery of the entire feature.
Performance testing (Jmeter) and benchmarking.
Familiarity with Agile development.
Logic and problem-solving aptitude.
Hands on experience on Automation tools like Appium and Selenium along with any programming language like JAVA/Python is plus.
Knowledge of capturing and diagnosing server logs.
Good to have: Experience of working in fintech domain.
