Recruitment experience must + admin experience also like employee engagement, onboarding part.

1.Coordinating job postings
2.Sourcing candidates
3.Screening resumes
4.Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
5.Conducting interviews
6.Putting together an employment offer
7.Guiding the salary negotiations
8.Managing the employee onboarding process
9. Only Female candidates are required.
