SAP HCM Work Location:(Bengaluru) Qualification: BCA/MCA/B. Tech/B.E./BSC/MSC Experience: 2+ Years

SAP HCM: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the gathering and analysis of client requirements for SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementations. Configure and test SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and Performance Management. Develop and maintain documentation for client configurations. Create and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configurations. Provide training to end users on SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules. Assist senior consultants with more complex tasks. Stay up to date on the latest SAP HCM SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices. Working on Testing modules.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working with HR systems, ERP systems, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP HCM SuccessFactors (preferred).

Pointers to note: Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is a traveled must for Security Clearance.
