Salesforce QA Engineer - Remote - 24 LPA1. Salesforce QA Engineer Model : Work from Home Education : Any graduate Experience : Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience Job Purpose : - We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute test cases to ensure Salesforce product quality. - At least 4+ years exp in Salesforce (Sales cloud (Mandatory) and Service Cloud) - Good hands-on experience in integration testing or API testing with 3rd Party Systems from Salesforce (Mandatory) - QA engineer responsibilities include End to End Testing of the Salesforce Process, test planning, test case development, manual testing for Salesforce applications.- The responsibilities will also include monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. Main Responsibilities : Understand Salesforce Business requirements and prepare : - Plan test cases - Test Strategies - End to End Process Testing - Develop Test Cases - Executing Test Cases Conduct : - Manual testing - Test reporting - Bug tracking - Integration Testing - Coordinate with project team, complete testing on time, report bugs and track them to closure. Take part in team standups, product review meetings, weekly meetings. Key Result Area : - Timely delivery of test cases and conduct required tests (regression/sanity, smoke, integration) and release builds on time. - Effective reporting of work and reports. Skill Set : - Must have technical understanding on Apex Triggers, Batch Class etc. used in Salesforce. - Hands-on experience of Windows/Mobile/Web application testing. - Hands-on experience in test case development is a must. - Preferred to have 1+ year experience in automation required using selenium/BDD framework/Appium.
