Job description
1. At least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in EDA, optimization and RTL Synthesis
2. Proficient in C/C++ programming: writing and debugging code. Proficient in data structures and algorithms. Good software architect.
3. Strong background in chip design flows, digital design, optimization for area, timing, power, congestion
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Self-driven and good team player. Should be able to lead and drive projects.
