Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the touch point for account management matters. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs & present it to the management. - Manage day to day operations. - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. - Collaborate with internal and external team to identify the issue & get it resolved with cross functional team. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-business support. - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Job Requirements : - Basic understanding of the telco & content business. - Proficiency in MS Office and preparing data & ppt. - Proficiency in English. - Market knowledge. - Excellent Communication and analytical skills. - Ability to build rapport.Job tags
