Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, HR operations, Employee Relations, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR) management.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR management, including HR operations, HR policies, and HR legal compliance
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are preferred
