Present / promote and sell products to existing and new prospective customers.

Service existing accounts, get orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

Handle all development activity during development of new product/ variant - sending samples for stability, planning for samples and print trials, following up for feedback and closure on development with client.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Monitors competition by gathering information on pricing, products, new products & delivery schedules.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Coordination with Sales co-coordinators.

Follow up for payment.
