The organization is working on transforming India through volunteering with a vision of making volunteering a national habit. We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees.
The organization s Employee Volunteer programme will engage over a lakh volunteers this year. The Associate Director Corporate Volunteering will be responsible for strategizing and improving the corporate volunteering programme nationally.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees.
- Increase volunteer activation and recurring volunteer engagement through corporate partnerships.
- Lead coach nurture employees and volunteer coordinators into a highperformance team.
- Build systems culture and the team to support the programme with a focus on continuous learning improvement and rapid growth.
- Play an active role in scaling the cause of volunteerism in India through thought leadership and networks.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Minimum five years experience in leading teams and project management is essential.
- Prior volunteering experience is essential.
- Management degree from a tier1 institute will be an advantage.
- Excellent track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance and outcomesbased business will be an advantage.
- Strong business development and/or marketing experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Forwardlooking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes innovative solutions.
- Strong influencing skills people engagement networking and listening skills.
- A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills.
- Strong IT skills and aptitude for adoption of digital technology.
- Highly resourceful teamplayer who is selfdriven.
- Unwavering commitment to quality programs and datadriven program evaluation.
- Excellence in organizational management ability to coach staff manage and develop highperformance teams set and achieve strategic objectives and manage finances.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
