Education :- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Experience : Minimum 3- 6 years .

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our company by overseeing all financial activities, developing outstanding chart of accounts, creating comprehensive years plans, and implementing cost-cutting measures to optimize profitability.

A. Monitoring cash levels to ensure timely bill payments and planned growth.
B. Using financial plans to anticipate cash needs and raise necessary funds.
C. Maintaining a balanced capital structure.
D. Engaging in financial analysis, cost reduction, and operational performance review.
E. Managing funds to maximize return on investment while minimizing risk.
F. Assisting in determining the company's capital structure and arranging financing1.'
2 Chart of Accounts:
The chart of accounts is a standardized framework for consistent financial recording and reporting. It enhances financial control, aids in budgeting, ensures compliance, and facilitates effective communication and strategic decision-making

A. Develop and maintain an outstanding chart of accounts tailored to the specific needs of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
B. Create comprehensive multi-year financial plans and forecasts, aligning with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
4 Cost Cutting:
a. As a finance manager, you'll likely be involved in cost-cutting initiatives. This could include:
b. Identifying areas for cost reduction.
c. Analyzing operational performance.
d. Participating in target costing activities.

A. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and revenue growth.

C. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

IT Knowledge
A. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
