Job Role
- We are looking for a Creative producer
- Proven work experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar creative role
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and client needs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film, media, or communications
- Experience in video production, advertising, or marketing
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience with team management and collaboration
- Portfolio of successful projects and campaigns
Roles and responsibilities:
- Pitches
- Brainstorm ideas
- Conceptualise and present concepts for pitches
- Help with creation of pitch decks.
- On projects
- Give complete support to the director on shoots.
- Give briefs to stylist and art directors, camera team after discussions with director and internal team.
- Work closely with the production team .
- Help with recce's
- On shoots : complete support to the director .
- Maintain log sheets.
- Check on footage transfer.
- Post shoot
- Get footage downloaded
- Brief the editor and provide a log sheet.
- Prepare line up with editor with support of director
- Quality control of all outputs from the post team
- Coordinating feedback with the Director
- Aid in finally delivery of the film.
