Beginning with the requirement to interview and understand the journey of women entrepreneurs: We're seeking an experienced candidate with 2-3 years of expertise in short-form reel creation, scriptwriting, and video editing.
Responsibilities: Interview small business owners and craft their stories in reel format. Strategize and create video content, specifically reels. Perform final editing for all Instagram reels. Perform end-to-end tasks for reel content production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing calendar. Analyze performance metrics of every content piece and generate reports. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency with Instagram Reels and Video Editing Tools. Leadership Skills and Team Management. Excellent grammar and communication skills.
