Job description
Responsibilities
Responsible for entire production tooling & blade process activities. Manpower Planning & Management. Devlopment and validation of Jigs and Fixtures. Maintenance of moulds and relevant Jigs and Fixtures. QMS activities New tooling & process development and support to production Mould ' Factory acceptance test' at supplier end and 'Site acceptance test' our premises/end. Maintaining DL cost as per budget Conntinues improvement in blade manufacturing process. BOM (bill of material) validation for each stage of blade process. Blade cycle time / takt time improvement initiatives & validations for the same Layout finalization for moulds and relevant items to optimize the process flow. New materials development and validation in process.. Optimization of the blade process and support to production. Process stabilization and defect reduction related to process. Qualifications Experience: Overall In-depth knowledge of Blade manufacturing process with minimum 10Yrs of experience MS Office ,Auto cad ,Catia, FEA Qualification: Diploma/Graduate Engineer in any engineering disciplineJob tags
