The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical sales professional with a proven track record, responsible for identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, delivering compelling presentations and proposals, providing technical support to clients, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities in the IT services sector.

- Create impactful presentations and proposals to showcase our solutions.

- Manage and nurture client accounts to foster long-term relationships.

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve collective goals.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated proficiency in Enterprise Sales within the IT services sector.

- Exceptional communication skills for delivering impactful presentations and proposals.

- Technical support expertise to effectively assist customers in resolving technical issues.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering).
