Customer Care Executive Responsibilities and Duties Good at Customer Interaction and Listening Skills, willing to take initiative to resolve issues. Flexible with rotational shifts (24*7 Shift timings) High energy and positive attitude Good verbal and written communications skills in English Ability to work well in a team environment Flexible to with work in any shift NO Sales / No target, just need to serve client with good customer service.
