We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team at Oceanmtech. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls when necessary
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Maintain the office calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
