We are looking for a senior, experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to join our marketing team.
Since digital marketing strategies are crucial for our company's success, the candidate will be expected to be passionate about creating and implementing the overall company's digital marketing strategies across various digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Map a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO
- Handle art and copywriting professionals
- Analyse key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
- Carry out the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
- 5+ years' experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
