Role Description Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality immersive projects on time and within budget. Ensure projects align with company objectives and client needs. Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. Implement continuous improvement processes for project execution. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness. Team Development: Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Education: Bachelors in technology (B. Tech), Instructional Design, Multimedia, design. Qualifications Experience in project management and team leadership Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in eLearning or educational content production Knowledge of multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Game Engines, 3D modeling tools, etc Experience in budget management and cost optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines A minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the educational technology sector, working with international clients.
