Job description
Talent Acquisitions Consultant- New Delhi.
- Task List under each Key Responsibilities
- Preparing job descriptions
- Managing job portals
- Manage employee references
- Tap multiple sources to create a database of candidates
- Identify candidates with excellent knowledge in the sector and
- recruit them as specialists in their respective domain
- Screen profiles as per the JD in the database (career, vendor, reference)
- Conduct initial level of discussion on fitment
- Push shortlisted candidates to respective function representatives for further rounds of interview
- Close positions within the TAT
- Continuous engagement with the prospective candidates
- Follow up with the internal team and candidates to close the position
- Coordinate with internal HR team informing about new joiners
- Maintain the recruitment tracker
- Follow the hiring process without fail
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling recruitment
Soft skills:
Confident, self-driven and a team player, Excellent communication skill
Technical skills:
Proficiency in MS-Excel, Managing Job Portals
Graduate with any specialization
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
