Marketing assistant at NextQuest We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing assistant to join our team with a strong focus on performance marketing and growth hacking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies and experience working with startups.
What you would keep yourself busy with: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention Performance marketing Competitors analysis & marketing research Social media marketing Establish scalable marketing processes to support growth and efficiency Work closely with the product team to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for growth Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with other co-founders and team members to define and execute strategies to achieve company goals What an ideal candidate looks like: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to generate innovative growth strategies Has an entrepreneurial mindset. You like to be thrown in the deep, are creative and have an exceptional determination to get things done. It’s the results that matter 3+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies for startups or established businesses Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with data analysis and using metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
