- Source candidates through job portals social platforms and other resources.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle.
- Post job requirements on various portals.
- Coordinate with management to understand profile needs.
- Follow up with candidates from initial contact to join.
Requirement:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and social recruitment platforms.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams effectively.
- Persistence in following up with candidates.
- Passion for building successful tea ms.
