Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensuring end to end preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.
  • Preparation of quarterly limited review reports.
  • Performing monthly review of books of accounts and taking necessary corrective measures including implementation of controls.
  • Taking end to end responsibility of domestic/international subsidiaries accounting, reporting and day to day financial operations.
  • Monitoring tax and regulatory compliances of domestic/international subsidiaries.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Responsible for Statutory audits of group companies.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and quick reference summary dashboards.
  • Take ownership of inter-company and related transactions.
  • Support on review and negotiation of contracts from an overall commercial, finance, tax and regulatory perspective
  • Work closely with external consultants, bankers, legal advisors etc.
  • Take initiatives towards automation of processes and remove manual processes.

Expectation From The Candidate

  • Should have expert knowledge of IND AS and IFRS.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The person is expected to lead and execute activities in his/her areas with minimum
  • supervision / monitoring or assistance.
  • Proactive and keeping himself and team members updated about changes in Company Law, Ind AS, and regulatory pronouncement.
  • Should have sound knowledge of working in ERP environment.
