*Job Title: Physiotherapy Coordinator (PCO)

*Location- Mumbai

*Job Type: Full Time

*Shift:* Day

*Responsibilities:*

Managing patient escalation, Handling patient grievances

Taking care of quality of service delivered on field

Managing Patient conversion, revenue generation, calling regularly to patients

Taking interviews of physios, giving induction, guiding physios for treatment plan as and when required

Tracking regular visits, focusing on paused/discontinued patients and trying to win them back

Looking after case assignments with suitable physio

Multitasking is must, with hardworking and dedicated approach towards physio department

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.

- Proven experience in patient management

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

- Flexibility to work during evening hours.

- Adherence to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.
