Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a Human Resources Manager at Ramee Groups of Hotels, Resorts And Apartments. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR function, managing employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment and hiring processes, advising managers on human resources policies and assisting in talent management practices. He/she will be accountable for the smooth operation of the department and aligning its services to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role
• Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and possess a strong ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presenting information effectively to management and employees
• Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations
• Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Professional certification in Human Resource Management is a plus
