Job Description:

Hometek is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls effectively communicating our companys offerings and generating leads for our smart home solutions and related services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Hometeks smart home solutions and services.
• Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet their needs.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and competitors offerings to effectively position Hometek in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the technology or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach.
• Graduation degree or equivalent.
