The Role

NetSuiteSuitePeopleProduct Managersare part of a world-wide team pursuinginnovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to ourcustomer base.We balance challenging product demands to make investmentdecisions between new features, product improvements, and sustainabilityinitiatives.We are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the productlifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses.

As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business partners, customers, and the development team to drive the design anddevelopment of our US Payroll solution. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizingfeature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. We'd like you to be a self-starter who loves to engagewith customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find thebest solutions.If you want to work on a teamof outstanding peoplewhere user-centric discovery and design is at the core of what we do, our team would be an excellent fit.

Qualification:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationORin Engineering with an understanding of Businessor equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in HR/Payroll Technology industry
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile developmentenvironment

RequiredExperience:

• US Payroll & Compliance
• Previous experience with Payroll systems
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Desired Experience: Knowledge of Benefits, Time, and HR is alsobeneficial
• Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering andanalysis
• Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrate a resilience in adopting change.
• Good communication and presentation abilitiesin both technical and non-technicalcontexts.
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with groups of subject matter experts(SME's) to build positive relationships.
