Senior Software Engineer (React + Python)

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead project initiatives, refine our software development practices, and craft scalable, high-quality solutions. Suited for a dynamic individual, this position is an excellent fit for those who excel in fast-paced settings and are prepared to tackle the complexities of large-scale projects, particularly in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead in designing and developing robust, scalable applications that align with our strategic goals and architectural standards.
Innovate by developing, tuning, and integrating scalable deep learning models, including the latest LLM and GenAI models, from inception to production.
Champion Agile methodologies, fostering their adoption and effective implementation across our teams.
Engage in strategic project planning, working closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met with innovative solutions.
Uphold software development best practices, including conducting code reviews, ensuring robust testing, and overseeing deployment protocols.
Demonstrated software engineering experience (4-8 years), demonstrating leadership in project management and the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Exhibit proficiency in Python and TypeScript, backed by substantial experience in cloud-based application development, especially in AWS environments.
Experience with search engines like ElasticSearch is required, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in vector search.
An in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, complemented by your ability to mentor and lead others in their adoption.
Desired Attributes:
Familiarity with React.js and Node.js is highly valued, enhancing the versatility in handling various aspects of full-stack development.
Experience working with open-source and commercial Large Language Models (LLMs) and General AI (GenAI) models, enhancing our innovation and modernization initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strategic technological thinking, and a clear understanding of how technology impacts business objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective teamwork and leadership.
