Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work. Source potential candidates on niche platforms. Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. Understanding of clients & their requirements. Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement. Good verbal & written communication skills. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Lateral Recruitment Write and post job descriptions, manage responses and screen candidates on job portals.Job tags
