Job description
Roles & responsibilities
1. Handling of all ROC compliance under the Companies Act 2013.
2. Liasoning and coordination with Govt. officials & regulatory authorities
3. Maintenance of statutory registers, records, etc.
4.Drafting of agenda, notices, minutes for the board, general meetings, and organizing the said meetings.
5. Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization
6. Arbitration
7. Process of Centres
8. Vetting of legal documents, agreements, and contracts of the organization.
9. Handling Litigation Process.
10. Finance-related work and other statutory-related work.
11. Trademark & Copyright Compliance of the organisation.
12. Statutory Compliance of PF, ESIC & Gratuity as per the act
13. E filing of various forms.
14. Understanding of court proceedings & hearings.
15. Drafting and customization of Legal Documents.
Key Skills:
1. Must be a CS Professional with a bachelors degree in law.
2. A minimum of 4 yrs of experience in the relevant field .
