Job Knowledge Good knowledge about all the statutory compliances is mandatory.
Good knowledge about all the social compliances is mandatory i.e
(SA8000/SMETA/SEDEX/WSI/14001/ISO)
Good knowledge about the all the documentation of all the Social
compliances independently with accuracy.
Timely closing the NCs independently.
Good knowledge about the Payroll administration.
Having exposure in the recruitment of the White Color/Blue color
employees independently and timely.
Good knowledge about maintain the personal files and joining
formalities of the existing and new employees.
Own conveyance is mandatory.
