Job description

Job Descriptions

1)Should be familiar with HR & Admin Day to Day Activities including New Joiners on boarding and PFile Documentation

2)Should have hands on exp in Talent Acquisition Process like cocoordinating with Agencies Interview candidates Interview Scheduling and Communication & Follow up with Shortlisted candidates

3) Should have through Knowledge of Statutory Compliances like PF ESIC LWF PT & TDS

4) Should have familiar with Contract Labour Management (Manpower mobilizations through contractor Contractor Statutory Compliances verification Bills through Verifications)

5) Should have understand of Manpower requirement at shop floor by interacting with HODs/Section Heads and arrange manpower with propoer approvals.

6) Should have sound knowledge in Bio Metric Attendance and Manual Attendance verification Compilation Leave Management and reports for Factory & Field staff.

7) Should have knowledge in Training Needs Identification Training Calender Preparation & Organising of trainings and maintain Training Records along with Effectiveness of trainings

8) Should be able to handle Shop floor HR & Admin Support in terms of House Keeping Pantry Canteen & relevant Welfare matters

9) Should have good business and commercial occumen and good in vendor management and negotiation skills for HR/Admin related support services.

10) Should be good in Payroll Preparation with sound knowledge of authorised and statutory deductions and filing or generartion of PF/ESIC/LWF/PTRemittances ontime.

11) Should have good liaision exp with statutory authorities like IOF DCIF Labour Dept PF ESIC DIC Fire Dept Local Police & Dist Administration etc

12) Should have sound knowledge of Social security benefits claim process like GMA/GPA/GTLI/WCP/EDLI/Gratuity Insurance Claims Follow ups and reiembersment claims

13) Responsible for Preparation and submission of HR Reports and maintain all HR/. Admin related records and files (soft & Hard Copies)

14) Should be good in communication with pleasing Manner and more obliged with all stake holders ( All depts and internal & external stake holders)

15) Should be willing to work in flexible timings and rotational shift basis at Plant Office
