What a typical day at work would look like? Compensation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness. Evaluate existing compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements. Rewards Management: Administer and manage various employee rewards programs. Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement innovative rewards strategies. HRIS Expertise: Utilize HRIS systems, specifically Workday or Oracle, to maintain and update compensation data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS platform. Merit Cycle: Lead and coordinate the annual merit cycle process. Provide guidance to management and employees on merit increases. Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to job evaluations.

An Ideal candidate Experience The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and rewards, along with expertise in using HRIS systems preferably Workday or Oracle. The candidate should be well-versed in merit cycle management, job evaluation processes, and familiar with methodologies such as Hays, WTW, AON etc.

Qualifications: Post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies, such as Hays, WTW, etc. is highly desirable. Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday or Oracle. Knowledge of merit cycle processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
