Work you’ll do:

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Workday HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Job Description: Should have minimum 1-2 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIRED Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects Strong functional knowledge in workday business processes Knowledge in workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc. Basic knowledge of Workday Security Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support ∙ Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training. ∙ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
